CT4W is a group of pastors and churches that are collaborating together to ensure that every man, woman, and child in Wilson, North Carolina has repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Good News of Jesus Christ.

We believe this goal of saturating our city with the gospel is in obedience to Christ’s command found in Mark’s gospel:

Mark 16:15 (ESV) And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.

We also believe that reaching our Jerusalem, our city of Wilson, is in obedience to Christ’s strategy for gospel saturation that He gave His disciples before His ascension:

Acts 1:8 (ESV) But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

We have 4 priorities for the gospel saturation of our city:

1. Collaboration over competition. We are not in competition with other churches. We desire to collaborate to reach everyone with the gospel in our city, believing that all our churches will grow as a result. 
2. Mobilization over collection. Rather than only seeing how many we can collect in our churches, we want to see how many we can mobilize and send out sharing the gospel.
3. Transformation over attendance. Rather than only aiming at increased church attendance, we want to focus on making disciples of Jesus who live transformed lives.
4. Multiplication over addition. We want to see revival in our city, so that a gospel movement begins where believers become intentional witnesses for the gospel. Rather than adding one at a time, we want to see gospel multiplication.

CT4W is an inter-denominational collaborative of Christ-centered, Bible-believing, gospel-preaching churches in Wilson, NC. Our focus is the gospel saturation of our city, so that every man, woman, and child has repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Good News of Jesus Christ.
